Founder
Amanda Mullins is a full-time Professional Real Estate Agent and member of the National Association of Realtors, Springfield Board of Realtors, Dayton Board of Realtors MLS, and the LGBTQ Real Estate Alliance. Amanda brings a unique real estate experience from her previous 13 years of work in the residential appraisal management industry where she worked as a Client Relationship Director. With extensive client relationship expertise and her passion for connecting with people, she thrives on excellent communication and helping others fulfill their dream of homeownership. Amanda will do whatever it takes to get the job done!
Amanda is an MBA graduate, a foodie, and a local music enthusiast. When she is not helping others with their home buying/selling needs, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and most of all – time with family!
Mandy Carter, REALTOR®

Amanda has a broad knowledge of the Ohio market as she has serviced clients from the Cincinnati Southwest Region to the Miami Valley Area. He is highly trained in detecting good deals on properties and his sense of smell is an asset when it comes to identifying potential properties for his human colleagues.
